Ham filling for celery fingers

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Minced ham
4 tablespoons Sour cream
1 tablespoon Chopped sweet pickle relish
teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Prepared mustard
dash Black pepper to taste
Several stalks freshly washed celery, cut into 3\" lengths

Directions

Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Use to fill celery fingers. Yields ⅔ cup filling.

NOTE: This recipe only takes a couple of minutes to prepare and does not heat up the kitchen.
