Zippy stuffed celery stickes

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
8 ounces Cheese, cottage (creamy)
¼ cup Cheese, blue (or Roqueufort)
1 teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoons Dill seed, ground; OR 2 ts. whole caraway seeds
24 Celry ribs (3\")
Parsley, fresh; minced

Directions

Blend cottage cheese with blue or Roquefort cheese. Add salt and dill. Mix well. Stuff lightly into ribs of celery. Garnish with minced parsley.
