Healthy choice quick to fix cheesecake

3 | tablespoons | Margarine; melted |
3 | packs | (8-oz) Healthy Choice Cream Cheese; softened |
¾ | cup | Sugar |
1 | teaspoon | Lemon juice |
1 | teaspoon | Vanilla |
3 | Eggs | |
2 | cups | Sliced fresh strawberries |
Directions
From: Tina Rogers <CAJUNT@...> Date: Sat, 10 Aug 1996 09:42:41 EDT Spray the sides of a springform pan with vegetable oil cooking spray.
Combine cracker crumbs, 2 tbsp sugar and margarine. Press into bottom of pan. Mix cream cheese, ¾ cup sugar, lemon juice and vanilla until well blended. Add eggs, mix until well blended. Pour into crust. Bake at 325' for 45 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate at least 3 hours. Top with strawberries before serving.
