Heavenly cheese mold

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pack Lemon Jello
1 cup Boiling water
¾ cup Syrup from pineapple
1 cup Mayonnaise
cup Drained, crushed pineapple
1 cup Sharp Cheddar cheese, shred

Directions

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add syrup. Gradually add to mayonnaise and mix until blended. Chill until slightly thickened.

Fold in pineapple and cheese; pour into a 1½ quart mold. Chill until firm; unmold. Randy Rigg
