Spicy cheese mold

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Velveeta cheese
1 pounds Sharp Cheddar cheese
1 pounds Mild Cheddar cheese
1 pounds Hot sausage
4 JalapeĀ¤o peppers; seeded and finely chopped

Directions

Melt cheeses in top of double boiler. While cheeses are melting, fry sausage and drain well. Mix cheeses and sausage together. Add chopped peppers. Pour into a WELL-greased bundt pan. Put in refrigerator to harden.

Unmold onto platter and serve with assorted crackers.

For a spicier mold, add cumin, garlic powder or fresh garlic, and onion powder.
