Heavenly hash sweet potato salad

½ | cup | Pecans -- chopped |
¼ | cup | Celery -- diced |
2 | tablespoons | Fresh Orange Juice |
½ | cup | Mayonnaise |
Lettuce Of Choice -- as | ||
Needed | ||
Red Cherries -- for garnish |
Directions
Peel chilled sweet potatoes and cut into small cubes. Add pineapple, marshmallows, pecans, and celery. Mix orange juice with mayonnaise, add to salad, and toss gently. Serve on bed of lettuce and top with red cherries. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
