Heavenly mashed potatoes

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ pack Ore-Ida froz mashed potatoes
1 cup Milk
⅓ cup Sour cream (light or reg)
2 ounces Light cream cheese
1 tablespoon Real bacon bits
½ tablespoon Scallion, finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Prepare potatoes following package directions but using only one cup of milk. Add sour cream and cream cheese to warm potatoes. Stir untill creamy and blended. Add bacon bits and scallion. Add salt and pepper to taste.
