Home made garlic oil

½ cup Vegetable oil
2 tablespoons Garlic; minced

Directions

Prepare this oil in advance and keep stored in covered jar in the refrigerator.

Heat vegetable oil in a small saucepan over medium high heat. When oil is hot, add minced garlic and saute until lightly brown. Remove from heat, set aside until cool. Pour into covered jar and store in refrigerator. Makes about ½ cup.
