Ingredients
Quantity | Ingredient | |

10 | pounds | Ground beef |
3 | pounds | Ground pork |
1 | small | Clove garlic |
¼ | ounce | Chili powder |
⅓ | ounce | Caraway seed |
Directions
Salt and ppeper to taste. Mix all ingredients half an hour, stuff into casings; hang up on pole and smoke for 18 hours.
