Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
10 pounds Ground beef
3 pounds Ground pork
1 small Clove garlic
¼ ounce Chili powder
ounce Caraway seed

Directions

Salt and ppeper to taste. Mix all ingredients half an hour, stuff into casings; hang up on pole and smoke for 18 hours.
