Homemade buttermilk pancake and waffle mix

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups Dry buttermilk powder
8 cups Unbleached flour
½ cup Sugar
8 teaspoons Baking powder
4 teaspoons Baking soda
2 teaspoons Salt

Directions

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir with a wire whisk until evenly distributed. Pour into a 12-c container with a tight fitting lid.

Seal container. Label with date and contents. Store in a cool, dry place. Use within 6 months.

Makes about 10½ c of Homemade Buttermilk Pancake & Waffle Mix.
