Homemade tomato soup

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
cup Peeled and quartered tomatoes
1 teaspoon Minced or crushed fresh onion
1 teaspoon Salt
4 teaspoons Butter or margarine
teaspoon Sugar
2 teaspoons Flour
1 dash Of pepper

Directions

Mix first four ingrediants in large pot, mix flour and sugar and add to rest in pot. Simmer 10 minutes, stirring often. Cool and freeze.

When ready to use, bring mix to boil, add ½ teaspoon soda (to prevent curddling) *then* add 2 cups hot milk. Stir and serve.
