Honey oatmeal muffins ii

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Flour
1 cup Rolled oats
1 tablespoon Baking powder
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Cinnamon
1 cup Milk
1 Egg
3 tablespoons Vegetable oil
¼ cup Honey
Granola; if desired

Directions

In mixing bowl, combine flour, oats, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Set aside. In small mixing bowl, blend together milk, egg, oil and honey. Make a well in center of dry ingredients. Pour liquid mixture into well. Blend just until moistened. Fill paper-lined or greased muffin pan cups ¾ full.

If desired, sprinkle with granola. Bake at 425[F 12 to 15 minutes.
