Honey raisin muffins

Ingredients

cup All-purpose flour
1 tablespoon Baking powder
¼ teaspoon Salt
2 cups Raisin bran -- cereal
1 cup Milk
¼ cup Honey
1 each Egg -- lightly beaten
2 tablespoons Vegetable oil

Directions

Combine flour, baking powder and salt; set aside. In a large bowl, combine cereal, milk and honey; let stand until softened, about 2 min. Stir in egg and oil; mix well. Add dry ingredients; stir just until moistened. Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups two-thirds full. Bake at 400 deg. for 18 to 20 min. or until muffins test donel.

Cool in pan 10 min. before removing to a wire rack. Yield: about 10 muffins.
