Honey-lime-tequila chicken

4 Skinless boneless chicken breast halves
2 tablespoons Honey
cup Fresh lime juice
¼ cup Tequila
2 Cloves garlic; minced
1 Yellow onion; minced
1 Red pepper; minced

Directions

MARINADE

A little bit of the islands brought to you kitchen! Great dish for parties, a luau perhaps?

1. Combine marinade ingredients and pour over the chicken breasts. Marinate for at least 1 hour.

2. Drain the marinade and grill on each side about 7-8 minutes per side or until no pink remains.
