Hopkins country stew

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 Frying Chicken
1 bunch Carrots
1 bunch Shallots
4 larges Onions
½ bunch Celery
5 Potatoes; diced
1 small Cabbage
1 cup Whole Kernel Corn; Frozen
1 cup Cream Corn
1 cup White Corn
Sugar; amount you want
Salt And Pepper; to taste

Directions

Cover fryer with water and simmer until meat falls off bone. Remove bone and skin and cut meat into small pieces. Return to pot.

Add remaining ingredients and cook until vegetables are tender.

Season to taste.

NOTES : You can add almost any vegetables to this - the more the better it is.
