1 | medium | Potato; diced |
1 | Carrot; diced | |
55 | grams | Red or white chopped cabbage |
1 | medium | Onion; chopped |
100 | millilitres | Olive oil |

Black pepper |
Directions
Put the tomatoes in a saucepan with 500ml of cold water. Simmer for 30 minutes and add the vegetables, oil and seasoning Cook for 45 - 60 minutes until the vegetables are tender. Serve.
