Here's a delicious recipe my family loves--even those who are not enamored of chickpeas!
Brown onion, garlic & ginger slightly in enough oil to coat pan. Add spices. When hot, add chickpeas and their liquid. chop tomatoes and stir in with ¾ c juice. Add 2 T lemon juice. Taste and add cayenne and more lemon juice if needed.
