Hot dog provencale

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
8 xes Hot dog
8 Bacon, slices
1 cup Onion, minced
1 Garlic, minced, clove
8 ounces Tomato
½ teaspoon Salt
1 dash Pepper

Directions

Fry bacon, onion and garlic until bacon is crisp. Drain most of bacon fat.

Stir in tomatoes, salt and pepper. Heat to a boil, reduce heat and simmer about 10 minutes. Add hot dogs; cover and simmer about 15 min.
