Hot-pepper sweet potatoes

2 teaspoons Olive oil
½ cup Fat-free; low-salt chicken
Broth
2 mediums Garlic clove; minced
¾ pounds Sweet potatoes; peeled, and
Cut in 1\" cubes
Several drops hot pepper sauce
Salt
Freshly ground pepper

Directions

Heat a nonstick skillet large enough to hold potatoes in 1 layer over medium heat. Mix oil, broth and garlic; add to skillet. Add potatoes, making sure they are in 1 layer. Cover; simmer 15 minutes. Sprinkle with pepper sauce and salt and pepper. Yield: 2 servings.
