Hummos

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cans Garbanzo beans
½ cup Tahini
1 teaspoon White vinegar
1 tablespoon Olive oil
8 ounces Plain yogurt
2 Cloves garlic
½ cup Water
Fresh mint
Olives

Directions

Blend all ingredients (except water, mint and olives) in food processer until creamy. Add water as necessary for right texture. Refrigerate for about 2 hours. Serve on small dish. Make a small well at center of dish in the hommus and add additional olive oil, fresh mint, and olives for decoration and taste. Serve as appetizer with Arabic bread or pita bread for dipping.
