Hummus dip

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 can Garbanzo beans drained
2 tablespoons To 3 tb tahini (crushed sesame seeds)
¼ cup To 1/2 c lemon juice
1 Clove garlic
½ teaspoon Cumin
½ teaspoon Salt
Water

Directions

Place drained beans in blender. Add all other ingredients and then add enough water to almost cover beans. Blend until smooth. Pour into serving dish. Pour very thin layer of olive oil on top and sprinkle with parsley. Serve with pita bread.
