Indian rice with buttermilk

1½ | cup | Cold Cooked Rice |
1 | cup | Buttermilk |
1 | Clove Garlic; minced | |
1 | teaspoon | Hot Chili Peppers; minced |
¼ | cup | Fresh Cilantro; chopped |
Salt; to taste |
Directions
Combine ingredients in bowl. Add more buttermilk if rice does not hold together. Press in a pan; chill. Cut into squares and serve cold.
NOTES : A cold rice made in India for picnics.
