Morning rice

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups Cooked brown rice
½ cup Light soy milk
2 teaspoons Honey
1 Apple, chopped
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
2 tablespoons Raisins

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl. Jam could be used in place of honey and any fruit you like.

Calories: 340 Fat: 1⅕ gm 3% fat Brian's comments: Breakfast for me is the worst part of the day's meals. I usually have a bowl of frosted bran (0% fat) and a banana.

1% milk is put on the cereal and then each spoonful is drained of milk before eaten. The remaining milk in the bowl after the cereal is gone I then throw in the sink and flush down the drain. Guess that is called 1% minus milk.
