Irish soda bread (abm)

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
-Bettie Cooper (VGXB82A)
3 cups Bread flour
2⅔ tablespoon Sugar
1⅓ teaspoon Salt
1⅓ tablespoon Butter (I use canola oil)
cup Raisins (I add a few more)
2⅔ tablespoon Caraway seeds
1⅓ teaspoon Baking soda
1⅓ cup Buttermilk
2 teaspoons Dry yeast

Directions

One thing I learned from reading the Electric Bread book is that you can stop your machine after the first rise and start over again and get a nicer loaf. (More rising time that way!)
