½ | cup | Tahini |
1 | Chopped onion | |
4 | tablespoons | Lemon juice (fresh); (4 to 5) |
½ | tablespoon | Olive oil; (extra virgin) |
4 | Garlic cloves; crushed (4 to 5) | |
Salt and pepper to taste |
Directions
Blend chick peas in blender until smooth. Combine all ingredients with chick peas. Chill ½ hour. Correct seasonings to taste.
