Italian sausage and zucchini stir fry

Ingredients

1 pounds Italian sausage
½ cup Chopped onions
2 cups Chopped tomatoes; seeds removed
4 cups Unpared zucchini; julienned
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
¼ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Tabasco sauce
¼ teaspoon Oregano
Parmesan cheese

Directions

Slice sausage in ¼ inch slices; brown in wok or large skillet. Add onions when sausage is nearly done. Drain. Add tomatoes, zucchini, lemon juice, salt, Tobasco sauce and oregano. Cook, uncovered, for about 5 minutes, stiring frequently. Remove to serving plate; sprinkle with cheese. Serve with crusty Italian bread. Yield 4 servings.
