Jack cheese fondue

2 | cups | Dry white wine |
2 | ounces | Butter |
¼ | cup | Flour or Butter roux |
3 | tablespoons | Corn starch |
½ | tablespoon | Worcestershire sauce |
½ | tablespoon | Tabasco sauce |
½ | tablespoon | Black pepper |
½ | tablespoon | Celery salt |
1½ | pounds | Sonoma Hot Pepper Jack |
1 | pounds | Sonoma Garlic Jack |
2 | ounces | Sonoma cheddar |
Directions
Bring milk to a boil; add flour. Stir constantly. Add wine and corn starch, stirring constantly. Add remaining ingredients. Keep heat low; cook just til cheese melts.
