Jack cheese fondue

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups Milk
2 cups Dry white wine
2 ounces Butter
¼ cup Flour or Butter roux
3 tablespoons Corn starch
½ tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
½ tablespoon Tabasco sauce
½ tablespoon Black pepper
½ tablespoon Celery salt
pounds Sonoma Hot Pepper Jack
1 pounds Sonoma Garlic Jack
2 ounces Sonoma cheddar

Directions

Bring milk to a boil; add flour. Stir constantly. Add wine and corn starch, stirring constantly. Add remaining ingredients. Keep heat low; cook just til cheese melts.
