½ | cup | SUGAR |
½ | cup | SEMI-SWEET CHOCOLATE CHIPS |
2 | tablespoons | MELTED BUTTER |
1 | teaspoon | VANILLA |
1½ | cup | PECANS |
1 | SHOT JACK DANIEL'S |
Directions
STIR EGGS, SYRUP, CHOCOLATE, BUTTER, VANILLA, AND BOURBON UNTIL WELL BLENDED. STIR IN PECANS. POUR INTO PIE CRUST AND BAKE IN A 350 DEGREE OVEN 50 TO 60 MINUTES, OR UNTIL A KNIFE INSERTED COMES OUT CLEAN.
