Jeanne's pie crust

Ingredients

3 | cups | All-Purpose Flour |
1 | tablespoon | Sugar |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
2 | teaspoons | Cocoa Powder |
1 | teaspoon | Ground Cinnamon |
¾ | cup | Shortening, Butter-Flavored |
1 | Egg | |
½ | cup | Milk |
1 | teaspoon | White Or Cider Vinegar |
Directions
In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, salt, cocoa and cinnamon. Cut in the shortening, using a pastry blender or your fingers, until mixture is crumbly. Stir in the egg. Slowly add the milk and vinegar, forming a large ball. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill for at least 1 hour. Roll out on lightly floured surface to make one 9-inch pie or two 9-inch pie bottoms.
