Jellied cranberries^

Ingredients

1 | tablespoon | Granulated gelatin |
¼ | cup | Cold water |
1 | cup | Boiling water |
¼ | cup | Lemon juice |
⅛ | teaspoon | Salt |
⅔ | cup | Celery, cut fine |
1 | cup | Sweet cranberry sauce |
Directions
Let gelatin stand in cold water till soft. Add boiling water, stir till dissolved. Add lemon juice and salt; chill till thickened but not set. Fold in celery and sauce. Dip custard cups in cold water, pour in mixture. Chill to firm; unmold onto lettuce leaf; serve with mayonnaise. good with chicken.
