Jerk spice-olive oil-balsamic vinegar marinade

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
¼ cup Balsamic vinegar
¼ cup Chopped onion
1 tablespoon Chopped garlic
1 small Roasted red pepper
½ tablespoon Crushed red pepper
cup Lemon juice
¼ cup Malt vinegar
1 teaspoon Allspice
2 tablespoons Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Ground cloves
1 teaspoon Coriander
teaspoon Curry powder
¼ cup Olive oil
1 pinch Salt to taste

Directions

Combine ingredients and marinade halibut fillets or other seafood. You might even want to try it with chicken! Then, grill or pan-fry as usual.
