Joanna's chocolate chip merinque kisses

Ingredients

4 | Egg whites; room temperature | |
⅛ | teaspoon | Salt |
¼ | teaspoon | Cream of tartar |
1 | cup | Sugar |
1 | teaspoon | Vanilla extract |
1 | cup | Chocolate chips; mini |
Directions
Preheat the oven to 300. Spray a baking sheet with Pam. In mixing bowl beat the egg whites with the salt and cream of tartar using electric mixer. Beat until soft peaks form. Gradually add the sugar and continue beating. Add the vanilla and beat until the peaks are stiff. Fold in the chocolate chips by hand. Drop tsps of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes. Turn off the heat and allow the kisses to cool in the oven for about 10 minutes.
