Sugar flavored with vanilla (usually a vanilla bean left in a jar of sugar for a while) |

Date: 30 Mar 1994 02:18:15 -0500 Beat egg yolks and cream. Add flour, raisins and a bit of sugar. Beat egg whites until a stiff froth and add to previous mixture. Melt butter in omelet pan. When hot, pour in mixture and cook like making an omelet (though don't fold it!). Brown slightly on both sides, then place on a pre-heated dish. With several forks, pull it apart into pieces and sprinkle with sugar flavored with vanilla.
