2 | tablespoons | Black pepper |
1 | tablespoon | Lemon pepper |
2 | teaspoons | Ground ginger |
½ | teaspoon | Thyme |
½ | teaspoon | Allspice |
½ | teaspoon | Cayenne pepper |
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Rub the ingredients liberally over the ribs. Let the ribs stand at room temperature for up to 15 minutes. Store the rub in an airtight container in a cool place. Yield: 2½ cups
