¾ pounds Pork, lean; cut into small pieces
1 tablespoon Butter, unsalted
1 can Beef broth (10 1/2 oz)
1 can Soup, tomato
2 Soup can of water
4 cups Cabbage; shredded
½ cup Onion; chopped
2 teaspoons Salt
½ teaspoon Paprika
1 Bay leaf
1 tablespoon Sherry
Sour Cream

Directions
