1 ONION, CHOPPED
1 TOMATO, CHOPPED
1 cup BEEF STOCK
½ cup WHITE WINE
2 tablespoons FLOUR
SALT, PEPPER, SUGAR
TO TASTE

Directions

SAUTE ONION AND ADD TOMATO, COOK ON MED. HEAT WHEN MELTED A LITTLE ADD SAURKRAUT, STOCK AND WHITE WINE, AND FLOUR. COOK DOWN TO MUSH AND ADD SEASONINGS.
