Karen's broccoli-corn casserole

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pack (10 Oz) Frozen Chopped Broccoli
2 cans Creamed Corn; 15.25 oz
3 cups Herb-Seasoned Stuffing Mix; divided
1 can Creamy Onion Soup; undiluted
8 ounces Sour Cream
3 tablespoons Margarine; melted
2 larges Eggs; beaten
1 cup (Or Less) Shredded Cheddar Cheese, sharp or mild

Directions

Cook broccoli according to package directions, omitting salt. Drain well.

Combine broccoli, creamed corn, 2 cups stuffing mix, soup, sour cream, margarine, and eggs. Mix well. Spoon into lightly greased 2-½ qt.

casserole or baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and remaining cup of stuffing mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until heated thoroughly.
