Kathy's terriyaki sauce

48 ounces

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
48 ounces Soy sauce
3 Glugs white wine (apx 1/2 c)
cup Packed brown sugar
2 Swishes garlic powder (apx
2 tsp)
3 tablespoons Fresh grated ginger

Directions

Mix together. Boil for 5 minutes. At this point you can cool and bottle.

For great chicken wings, Add wings, boil for 5 - 10 minutes, until cooked remove them to a baking pan or serving dish, sprinkle with sesame seeds. Can serve immediately or make wings ahead and rewarm.
