Kellogg's corn flakes muffins

2 | cups | Corn flakes |
1¼ | cup | Milk |

Directions
From: charles moffat <moffats@...> Date: Tue, 9 Jul 1996 14:01:36 -0400 Combine flour, baking powder, salt & sugar. Combine flakes & milk in a bowl & let stand about 2 minutes or until cereal is softened. Add the egg & oil & beat well. Add the flour mixture to the corn flakes mixture, stirring only until just combined. Divide batter between 12 greased muffin cups.
Bake at 400F for 25 min or until lightly browned.
Variation: Add ½ cup shredded monterey jack cheese with chopped jalapeno peppers to egg mixture before adding flour mixture.
