Kim's hershey's hot fudge pudding cake

Bottom Layer
¾ cup Sugar
1 cup Flour
3 tablespoons Cocoa
2 teaspoons Baking powder
¼ teaspoon Salt
½ cup Milk
cup Butter
teaspoon Vanilla
Top Layer
½ cup Sugar
½ cup Brown sugar
4 tablespoons Cocoa
cup Hot water

Directions

Bottom layer: Heat oven to 350 degrees F. In large bowl, stir sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt together. Stir in milk, butter and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Pour batter into 8" or 9" pan.

Top layer: Stir together sugar, brown sugar and cocoa. Sprinkle evenly over batter. Carefully pour water on top. DO NOT STIR. Bake 35-40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool 15 minutes.

Good warm, at room temperature, or right out of the frig! File
