Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Chopped onion
1 Clove garlic; minced
3 tablespoons Butter or margarine
1 pounds Ground beef
1 tablespoon Curry powder
teaspoon Salt
1 dash Black pepper
2 Tomatoes; diced
2 Potatoes; diced
1 pack Frozen peas; broken apart
Cooked rice

Directions

Cook onion & garlic in butter. Add beef & brown well. Stir in remaining ingredients except rice. Cover & simmer about 25 minutes until potatoes are done. Serve over rice. Potatoes may be increased and rice omitted to serve as a goulash.
