Kiwi muffins

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ pounds Flour
1 Baking powder
½ teaspoon Salt
ounce Sugar .PP
1 Egg, beaten
2⅝ ounce Butter, melted
½ cup Milk .PP
1 Grated lemon rind
cup Kiwis, peeled and chopped
ounce Walnuts, chopped

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 200øC .

2. Sift together the first 4 ingredients. Stir in the egg, butter, and milk, just until moistened.

3. Fold in the lemon rind, kiwis, and nuts. Fill paper-lined muffin tins full, and bake approximately 20 minutes.
