Korean beef patties

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Lean ground beef
4 tablespoons Soy sauce
2 tablespoons Sugar
1 tablespoon Toasted sesame seeds --
Crushed
1 tablespoon Sesame oil
2 tablespoons Green onion -- chopped
1 tablespoon Garlic -- minced
1 dash Pepper

Directions

Combine all ingredients. Form into flour balls and flatten into patties. Broil, grill or pan fry until done. Yield: 4 servings.
