Kosher for passover pineapple kugel

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 cups Matzoh farfel
5 Eggs, separated
4 tablespoons Sugar
1 tablespoon Cinnamon
1 tablespoon Salt
1 Stick melted margarine
2 cups Apple sauce
1 can Crushed pineapple

Directions

Wet farfel. Beat yolks, salt, sugar, and margarine. Mix with farfel.

Add applesauce, pineapple, cinnamon. Beat whites until stiff. Fold in with other. Sprinkle cinnamon on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
