Lady lee chocolate satin frosting

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pack Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips; (12 oz.)
¼ cup Evaporated milk
cup Light corn syrup
1 pinch Salt
teaspoon Vanilla

Directions

In a double boiler combine chocolate chips, milk, corn syrup, salt. Heat over hot, not boiling water, stirring constantly until chocolate melts.

Remove from heat. Add vanilla and stir until thick. Frosts two 9-inchlayes.
