4 tablespoons Butter
½ cup Dairy sour cream
1 teaspoon Vanilla
¼ teaspoon Salt
2½ cup Powdered sugar

GLORIA PITZERS SECRET RECIPE

Melt one 6-oz package of semisweet chocolate chips and 4 Tbls of butter or regular margarine over low heat. Remove from the heat and blend in ½ cup of dairy sour cream, 1 Tsp Vanilla extract and ¼ Tsp Salt. Gradually add enough sifted powdered sugar (2½ to 2 ¾ cups) to reach a spreading consistency. Beat well.
