Layerd ham and macaroni salad

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Elbow Macaroni
4 cups Lettuce; shredded
1 Cucumber; diced
2 cups Ham; julienned
1 Red onion; thinly sliced
10 ounces Frozen peas; partially thawed
1 cup Mayonnaise; (up to 1 1/2 c)
teaspoon Dill weed
½ cup Cheddar cheese; shredded

Directions

Cook macaroni as directed on package - drain and chill well.

In large salad bowl (about 3 quart size) - layer lettuce, cucumber, macaroni, ham, onion and peas. Carefully spread mayonnaise over peas.

Sprinkle dill weed over mayonnaise and carefully blend in.

Top with shredded cheese.

Cover well and chill several hours or overnight.
