Lemon, chilli and ginger glaze

2 tablespoons Olive oil
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
2 tablespoons Ginger marmalade
2 tablespoons Finely chopped fresh coriander
2 teaspoons Wholegrain mustard
1 teaspoon Chopped chilli

Directions

1. Place oil, lemon juice, marmalade, coriander, mustard and chilli in a bowl and mix to combine. 2. Brush glaze over meat, chicken or fish and grill, barbecue, pan cook or bake. Uses: For a quick meal with a difference, place a piece of fish in aluminum foil, spoon over some glaze, dot with butter, enclose and bake or grill.
