Lemon chili sauce

1 1/4 cups

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 Head garlic minced (1/4 cup)
4 (to 5) hot red chilies minced (1/4 cup)
3 tablespoons Cilantro root or leaves, minced
½ cup Lemon juice
½ cup Fish sauce
2 tablespoons Sugar or to taste

Directions

Combine all the ingredients in a glass bowl and stir until the sugar is completely dissolved. Add more sugar, as necessary. The sauce should be tart, salty, and sweet.

Serve with grilled seafood.
