Lemon chili sauce

Ingredients

1 | Head garlic minced (1/4 cup) | |
4 | (to 5) hot red chilies minced (1/4 cup) | |
3 | tablespoons | Cilantro root or leaves, minced |
½ | cup | Lemon juice |
½ | cup | Fish sauce |
2 | tablespoons | Sugar or to taste |
Directions
Combine all the ingredients in a glass bowl and stir until the sugar is completely dissolved. Add more sugar, as necessary. The sauce should be tart, salty, and sweet.
Serve with grilled seafood.
