Lemon ginger chicken salad

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Mayonnaise
¼ cup Sour cream or yogurt
1 tablespoon Sugar
½ teaspoon Lemon rind, grated
½ teaspoon Ginger
¼ teaspoon Salt
2 cups Chicken, cooked, diced
1 cup Grapes, halved
1 cup Celery, cut fine
Toasted silvered almonds

Directions

Stir together first 6 ingredients. Add chicken, grapes and celery and toss lightly to coat. Chill several hours before serving. Sprinkle with toasted almonds just before serving.
